Bluetti Hawaii 2022

As somebody who deeply cares about our planet and is addicted to the  outdoors, I pledged never to use a fuel generator again…Bluetti Hawaii…

As energy usage is concerned, my outdoor camping journeys and RV trips are near-to-zero emissions.

So what do I use?

As of this year, my go-to solar kit is the Bluetti AC200P paired with 3 200W portable solar panels.

Is it the best one around? It most likely is.

Is it ideal? No, it still has space for improvement but it definitely sets a requirement that is hard to beat.

Why is everybody in the off-grid community raving about the AC200P?

When the UPS man dumps the bundle to your curbside, taking the whole box inside may require some correct deadlifting.
The first thing that concerned my mind was, “Is this their concept of portable?”

A portable power station is rapidly becoming an essential tool for businesses and households, particularly those who require to venture out or work remotely (think outdoor employees, emergency services etc), bringing the magic of electricity to significant places. For example, modern portable power station can power a small heating unit in the depths of winter season or an air-conditioning system in summer’s most popular days.

When searching for one, output power and battery autonomy are the most crucial criteria we look for while ease of use and the variety of outlets are likewise important elements. The ability to charge quickly together with long-life batteries complete the feature list of a contemporary portable power station.

The Bluetti Innovation company, founded in 2016, focuses on all-in-one power storage items. They just recently finished a very successful Indiegogo financing for their flagship item, the AC200P, accumulating over $6.7 M over the course of the project. This is presently deemed the portable power station to beat by the competitors thanks to its long feature list, massive battery system and air conditioner inverter.

There’s no lying about it. This solar power station is not on the light side. It’s the size of an animal carrier or cabin baggage. Still, I’m afraid no airline company will let you get aboard with this one.

With a bit over 60 pounds, you’ll wish you bought the trolley (sold individually) if you need to move it around a lot.

However when you begin unpacking it, everything starts making good sense. The Bluetti AC200P is made from hard flame-retardant ABS plastic and aluminum that appears like it can take some pounding.

The diagonal pinstripes on the front show that Mr. Bluetti means business, and the two manages formed in the frame promise a secure grip.

Kudos for style and toughness!!

Out of package, the AC200P looks like a little travel luggage but at 27.5 Kg, its weight puts it in the heavy item category. A black plastic finish with diagonal stripes offers a rugged and professional look while 2 handles moulded in the frame aid move the portable power station around securely.

a/c 300 by blue eddy and the expansion b300 batteries that it comes with and over the last month i’ve been running this system each and every single day so in today’s video we’re going to discuss my experience and what i think about the unit so first of all this is a modular solar power system this system has a solar charge controller has the inverter and it has the dc outputs however this unit does not have a battery you can’t even turn it on there is no internal battery at all so to turn it on you need to connect it to the growth batteries with these growth cable televisions i grumbled about these cable televisions in my air conditioner 200 max video but i think that these were designed for this system this system is much larger and it actually looks a lot much better when these are connected on the side these are some large expansion batteries people they have lithium iron phosphate cells so they’re quite darn heavy but each one can store 3072 watt hours what’s interesting is each b300 has its own state of charge indicator it has a 12 volt output and it has usb ports and it has a primary on and off switch and having these growth batteries allows this primary unit to have a larger inverter circuit and a bigger solar charge controller on this main unit we have a 3 000 watt inverter and get this this thing can manage 2 400 watts of solar input it has two separate mppts and each one can manage 1200 watts and on previous blue eddy designs you had to use this huge power supply to charge it on this one it has an integrated a/c charger and you just plug in a cable television and you can charge it a max rate of 3000 watts and personally i have actually.

Four big rubber feet support the case and prevent the system from slipping. Input power sockets exist on the left side while cooling fans lie both on the right and left sides. Front output sockets are protected by rubber flaps that avoid dust particles from entering the case. The flat top can be utilized as a little table and integrates 2 15W wireless chargers.
